idiotlabs built the KFoodle app as an ad-supported app. This SERVICE is provided by idiotlabs at no cost and is intended for use as is.
Information Collection and Use
The app does not require sign-up or login and does not request personally identifying information such as your name, phone number, or email.
- Anonymous usage statistics: To improve service quality, the app collects in-app events (such as launches, screen views, guesses, and whether a puzzle was solved) and technical information (such as device model and OS version) via Google Firebase Analytics. This information does not identify you personally.
- Data stored on your device: Your puzzle progress, guess history, and streak statistics are stored on your device.
- Data sent to our server: When you finish a daily puzzle, the app sends your result for that puzzle (such as the date and the number of attempts) together with an anonymous device identifier (device_id) to a server operated by the developer (idiotlabs), so that the daily leaderboard can be shown. This identifier is not linked to an account and does not identify you personally; it is used only to attribute and de-duplicate a day's score. No name, message, or free-form text is sent.
- Sharing: If you tap share, your result is passed to the share sheet of your own device. You choose the recipient; the app does not send it anywhere on your behalf.
- Advertising: the app displays ads through Google AdMob. AdMob may collect and use data (including an advertising identifier) to serve and measure ads. This collection is governed by Google's own policies, linked below.

Data Retention
Anonymous usage statistics are retained only as long as needed for analytics and then deleted. Data stored on your device is removed when you uninstall the app. Leaderboard results are retained on the server and are deleted upon your request or when the service ends; uninstalling the app alone does not delete them, so please contact us if you want them removed (we locate them by the anonymous device identifier).
Children's Privacy
This Service does not target children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately.

1. 수집하는 정보 및 이용 목적
이 앱은 회원가입·로그인이 없으며 이름·전화번호·이메일 등 개인을 식별하는 정보를 요구하지 않습니다.
- 익명 사용 통계: 서비스 품질 개선을 위해 Google Firebase Analytics를 통해 앱 실행·화면 이동·추측·정답 여부 등 이벤트와 기기 종류·OS 버전 등 기술 정보를 수집합니다. 이 정보는 개인을 식별하지 않습니다.
- 기기에 저장되는 데이터: 퍼즐 진행 상황, 추측 기록, 연속 기록 통계는 이용자 기기에 저장됩니다.
- 서버로 전송되는 데이터: 일일 퍼즐을 마치면 그날의 결과(날짜·시도 횟수 등)와 익명 기기 식별자(device_id)가 개발자(idiotlabs)가 운영하는 서버로 전송되어 일일 순위표 표시에 사용됩니다. 이 식별자는 계정과 연결되지 않고 개인을 식별하지 않으며, 그날 점수의 귀속과 중복 방지에만 사용됩니다. 이름·메시지 등 자유 입력 텍스트는 전송되지 않습니다.
- 공유: 공유를 누르면 결과가 이용자 기기의 공유 시트로 전달됩니다. 받는 사람은 이용자가 고르며, 앱이 대신 어디론가 보내지 않습니다.
- 광고: 이 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 포함합니다. AdMob은 광고 게재·측정을 위해 광고 식별자를 포함한 데이터를 수집·이용할 수 있으며, 이에 대한 절차와 책임은 아래 제공처에 있습니다.
2. 제3자 제공 및 처리위탁
이 앱은 수집한 정보를 판매하지 않습니다. 서비스 운영·분석·광고를 위해 아래를 이용하며, 해당 정보의 취급에는 각 사의 개인정보 정책이 적용됩니다.

3. 보관 및 파기
익명 사용 통계는 분석 목적 달성에 필요한 기간 동안 보관 후 파기됩니다. 기기 내 저장 데이터는 앱을 삭제하면 함께 삭제됩니다. 순위표 결과는 서버에 보관되며 이용자의 삭제 요청 또는 서비스 종료 시 파기됩니다(앱 삭제만으로는 삭제되지 않으므로 원하시면 문의처로 요청해 주세요. 익명 기기 식별자를 기준으로 처리합니다).
4. 아동의 개인정보
이 앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 주 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다.
